Holly E. DiCesare has nearly 15 years of experience representing clients in both corporate and litigation matters, focusing her practice on healthcare compliance, corporate transactions, and creditors’ rights litigation. She brings a unique perspective having served, in a variety of business, regulatory and transactional matters, a wide-ranging clientele including corporations, individual physicians, physician practices, non-profit health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and academic medical centers. Her practice, most recently, has centered on assisting physicians in establishing independent medical practices.

Ms. DiCesare is well-versed in fraud and abuse laws and regulatory enforcement, representing healthcare clients in response to audits by Medicare and Medicare contractors. She has deep knowledge of the legal framework involved in telemedicine delivery, having completed a survey of the relevant telehealth laws and regulations for each of the 50 states.

Ms. DiCesare has extensive experience handling corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, partnerships, business reorganization, divestments, and related financing agreements. In commercial matters, she handles real estate transactions and provides corporate representation in bankruptcy proceedings.

She is a Hempfield Area Hockey Association Board of Directors member and is actively involved in her Greensburg community where she resides with her husband and three sons.
