Healthcare Litigation

We are engaged daily in the counseling and defense of clients throughout the healthcare sector. Our attorneys have extensive experience representing physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare providers in a broad range of civil matters. Our healthcare litigation practice ranges from the defense of medical malpractice allegations to the defense of claims of violations of the federal False Claims Act—both Qui Tam matters and those initiated by the government, and including claims under the federal Anti-Kickback statute and the Stark Law.

  • We bring a pragmatic client-centered approach to these cases, always with due respect to the real-world concerns of clients, who are on the front line of delivering healthcare every day. When appropriate, we will negotiate settlements in the best interest of our clients. If a settled resolution is not possible, we are always ready to defend the claims at trial, and our adversaries know it.
